These are general rules and guidelines for contests on WADK/WJZS-fm.
one winner per household. Must be 18 years or older. Contestants are
ineligible to win more than once in 30 days. No purchase necessary to
enter or win. No prize substitutions allowed. Prizes are non-transferrable
and non-negotiable. Prizes must be collected within 30 days of contest’s end.
Employees of WADK/WJZS-fm , contest sponsors and their agencies, and their
immediate families are not eligible to enter and/or win. WADK/WJZS-FM is
not responsible for any technical difficulties related to phone service into
the radio station during contest call-ins. When contest winners are selected
through a random drawing, contestants need not be listening at the time of
drawing unless otherwise specified. Should a contest winner in a random drawing
format be deemed ineligible, another random drawing with remaining entries will
be held. Contest winners receive prizes once their eligibility and identity
have been confirmed by the radio station through a valid state photo i.d..
Contest rules subject to change. Any changes become effective when published.
Station management shall be the sole arbiters in all matters relating to a
contest and interpretation of contest rules. Their decision shall be final.
Entry into contests constitutes agreement by contestants to abide by rules
established by the radio station.
